He has served as Deputy General Manager and General Manager with 39 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, including 16 years as a faculty member at the Regional Telecom Training Centre, Mysuru. His teaching and professional expertise include Switching, Transmission, Mobile Communications, Computers and PC Hardware, as well as Leadership, Motivation, and Behavioural Science. He has 15 years of experience as Head of Department, actively handling Human Resource Management and Marketing functions. He has delivered guest lectures at engineering, polytechnic, and management colleges in Solapur, VIT Chennai, and Shivamogga, guided student projects, and conducted training programs in communications and management. He is fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English, with interests in teaching, yoga, and homeopathy.
